Northwest Marine Technology and the WA-BC Chapter of AFS are offering two student scholarships for registration and travel to the 2012 Annual Meeting. Applications are due COB Monday, June 25–that’s next week.
Who is eligible?
AFS WA-BC Chapter student members attending post-secondary educational institutions and pursuing degrees (bachelors, masters, doctorate) in fisheries and aquatic sciences or related fields.
How much will each scholarship be?
Each scholarship will consist of both: 1) full student registration to the conference plus $250 to defray travel expenses, compliments of NMT; and 2) an additional $250 to further defray travel expenses, compliments of AFS WA-BC Chapter.
